Have you ever wondered how ballerinas and other professional dancers stay so slim while maintaining high levels of energy and stamina? Internationally famous ballerina Diana Vishneva recently discussed her dancer diet with Glamour magazine. The dancer said she fuels her body with salad, tuna, salmon, chocolate and coffee.
Another professional dancer, Eran Bugge of the Paul Taylor Dance Company, spoke to Self magazine about her diet. She eats steel cut oats for breakfast and then focuses on beans, whole grains, vegetables and small amounts of meat for dinner.
